A specialist in legal innovation and Online Dispute Resolution, Josh was nominated as one of Canadian Lawyer Magazine's Top-25 Most Influential Innovators. He holds an LLM from U of T and degrees from Ivey Business School and Osgoode Hall.

Called to the bar in BC and Ontario, Klara holds a JD with Health Law specialization from the University of Ottawa and previously practiced general litigation before moving into environmental policy.

A veteran entertainment lawyer with decades of experience in music, film, television, and OTT, Burt served as Head of Business Affairs at EMI Music Canada and Universal Music Canada.

Senior Legal Counsel, Esport Canada
A video game and esports lawyer with an LLM in Mergers & Acquisitions from University College London, Amar serves as Legal Partner and Mentor at McMaster University's Forge Incubator.
